Our Courses
Personal Training
Gain an Integrated Diploma in Personal Training from APEC and start your own personal training business.
APEC’s Personal Training, designed by elite coaches, combines requisite skills, knowledge, and behaviour to make you an exceptional personal trainer.
Anyone above the age of 16 who desires to work in the fitness business is welcome to enrol.
Strength & Conditioning
The APEC Diploma in Strength and Conditioning provides strategies and methods for training elite athletes and teams in track, court, and field.
The online modules offered by APEC cover all parts of the certification and will help you develop into a competent Strength and Conditioning coach.
Health Coaching
Health Coaching will give you a comprehensive understanding of nutrition, integrative health, coaching skills, and behaviour modification methods.
Anyone having a Personal Trainer Level 4 Diploma or equivalent can pursue a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching.
Performance Nutrition
Coaches who wish to improve their health and performance via nutrition will benefit from the APEC Performance Nutrition diploma.
The course is completed entirely through the APEC e-learning platform but with the assistance of a designated APEC tutor.
Enrol and obtain an RSPH, Focus Awards accredited Level 5 Diploma in Performance Nutrition.
Mode of Study & Assessment
We employ blended learning technology, which combines the advantages of both online and offline learning. We make learning effective and efficient with our carefully curated, animated video content.
APEC’s award-winning e-learning platform allows you to complete 80% of the course from the convenience of your own home.
We also ensure practical coursework, which accounts for 20% of the total coursework, is completed. You can use one of our numerous training locations across the country to meet this requirement.
To finish your chosen qualification, you will need to pass both theoretical and practical tests.
Each course is divided into modules, each of which requires a passing mark of 70%.
A 100% completed coursework, case studies, and online interactive assignments guarantee your chosen diploma.
