TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for The Rugby Academy Camp (“the Camp”) or S&C Services, you (“the Participant” and/or the Parent/Guardian if the participant is under 18) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Waiver of Liability, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Rugby is a physically demanding contact sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to:
* sprains, strains, fractures, concussions
* collisions with other players or equipment
* environmental hazards (weather, playing surface)
By enrolling in the Camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1.Participation is voluntary, and you fully assume all risks associated with rugby training, conditioning, skills sessions, and related activities.
2.You hereby release, waive, and discharge APEC and The Rugby Academy, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, facility providers, and insurers from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or loss arising from participation in the Camp or S&C Services.
3.This release applies to all claims, including negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4.You agree that APEC and The Rugby Academy is not responsible for medical expenses, emergency treatment, or costs related to any injury sustained during the Camp.

3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Treatment
* You confirm that the participant is in appropriate physical condition to take part in rugby activities.
* You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the start of the Camp.
* In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize The Rugby Academy staff to seek necessary treatment and agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

4. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to The Rugby Academy Camp or APEC Courses Canada Ltd (S&C). are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
•Withdrawal after registration
•Change of personal circumstances
•Scheduling conflicts
•Injury, illness, or loss of interest
•Participant being removed for breach of conduct
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Missed Days / Absences
* Missed days due to sickness, travel, injury, or personal reasons are not refundable.
* Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
* All make-up requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis only and are subject to:
•staff availability
•space in other sessions
•safety considerations
The Rugby Academy is under no obligation to provide make-up days.

6. Behaviour & Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and safely at all times. The Rugby Academy reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for:
•unsafe behaviour
•bullying or harassment
•repeated non-compliance with coaching instruction
•actions that put other participants at risk

7. Weather & Facility Conditions
* Sessions may proceed in varying weather conditions where safe to do so.
* In rare cases where facilities become unsafe or unusable, The Rugby Academy may modify, reschedule, or relocate sessions.
* Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

8. Personal Property
The Rugby Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to the Camp.

9. Media Consent
By participating, you grant permission for APEC and The Rugby Academy to capture photographs and video for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the start of the Camp.

10. Subscription Payments.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing by emailing accounts@apeccourses.com at least 30 days prior to your next renewal date. Requests received with less than 30 days’ notice may result in the upcoming renewal being processed.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Camp operates (Ontario, Canada or Ireland, depending on the location).

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing payment and registering for The Rugby Academy Camp or other APEC products (S&C), you acknowledge that:
✔ You understand the risks involved in rugby activities
✔ You accept the no refund policy
✔ You agree that missed sessions are not refundable
✔ Any make-up sessions are case-by-case only
✔ You voluntarily release The Rugby Academy from liability
